1) Size / Product Exchanges

We offer Refunds only, no Exchanges.
If you need a different size, you can return your item for a refund and reorder the correct size if it’s still available on the website.

2) Return Timeframe

Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

4) On-Arrival Try-On

You may try the item when the courier arrives.
If it’s not what you want, you can return it immediately.
Shipping fees will be charged.

5) Full Package Return

Returns must be made for the entire package.
Please accept or return the whole shipment.
